Congratulations to associate attorney Lauren E. Harpold for becoming a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board of Indiana. She joins her fellow attorneys at Ruppert & Schaefer, P.C., Michael G. Ruppert, Paula J. Schaefer and Lainie A. Hurwitz, in this honorable distinction, a status only a small number of attorneys in Indiana hold.
In order to attain certification, Lauren had to pass a rigorous exam and meet stringent requirements involving education, evaluation and experience. Her certification will be renewed every five years in order to maintain the high standards set by the certifying board.
Per the Indiana State Bar Association, “specialists exceed basic proficiency and demonstrate extraordinary knowledge and skill, strengthening the practice of law and enhancing the state’s legal profession.”
